CANCELLATION POLICY : if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, stylists have the right to charge 100% of the service fee. if you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of service fee. if you’re over 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you full price
